We work hard to ensure that our return policies are fair to all the parties involved.

If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@thepaintpeople.com to issue a return request. Once approved, you will be provided with an authorization number (RMA Number). A return will not be accepted without a Return authorization.

All returns must be shipped and postmarked within 35 days of the item being received. Any return shipped after 35 days may be ineligible for a refund.

Oops! Did you accidentally order the wrong size or have a change of heart? No worries! We totally get it. Just be aware that for items returned through no fault of ours, you might see a small deduction for return shipping or a restocking fee of up to 20% of the order from your refund.

If you return a product saying it was defective, but we find out it works just fine and dandy, you might lose up to 50% of the product's sale price from your refund. Just a heads up! 😊

Custom-tinted paint lovers: these babies are non-refundable, so choose your colors wisely!

Finally, if your order goes unclaimed and gets returned to us, we'll issue a refund minus a restocking/return shipping fee that will be determined during processing.

Damaged Orders

Oops! Sometimes our packages get a little too adventurous on their journey to you. If your order looks like it wrestled a bear, give our customer service heroes a call ASAP! Hold off on signing for it until we've had a chat. and if you find any sneaky, hidden damages after opening, they'll still be eager to help – just snap a few pics and spill the details. Together, we'll make things right!

Spray Equipment

What items are eligible for return?

  • All undamaged, unused spray equipment may be returned.

  • All current service parts that have not been defaced, or used and are in resalable condition.
  • Boxed or carton goods that have been opened and not used can be returned.

30-Day Replacement Guarantee

If you are dissatisfied, you can return your sprayer to us or any authorized service center within 30 days of purchase and either exchange the product for an identical sprayer or trade up to a larger Graco sprayer for an extra cost. The service center simply orders the replacement sprayer from Graco and completes a warranty claim for credit for the original sprayer.

  • Claim date must be no more than 60 days beyond the purchase date for return authorization.
  • Sprayers must be received back at Graco within 30 days from the claim date. 

  • Graco will pay the return freight if an approved carrier is used, however, the service center is responsible for packaging the 
return to prevent damage in transit. 

  • Handheld plug in model (AC) sprayers are not eligible for the 30-day replacement guarantee.
  • Products with 1-year warranty are not eligible for the 30-day replacement guarantee (with the exception of battery operated handheld sprayers).
