Application:

Element Guard® can be used on exterior surfaces such as wood, hardboard siding, cured masonry, EIFS, vinyl, and unglazed brick. For best results, follow these simple steps:

  1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean and dry.
  2. Stirring: Stir paint thoroughly before and during application.
  3. Application Tools:
  4. Brush: Use a premium Benjamin Moore® nylon/polyester brush.
  5. Roller: A premium quality roller will ensure smooth coverage.
  6. Spray, Airless: Apply using 1,500 – 2,500 PSI pressure and a 0.013 – 0.017 tip.
  7. Coating: Apply one or two coats, painting generously from the unpainted area into the wet area for optimal results.
