The Osmo FloorXCenter is a single-disc floor buffer with a built-in cleaner dispenser. Osmo designed it for cleaning, refreshing, staining and maintaining oiled wood floors. Swap pads to change the job. It is for indoor use in homes and commercial spaces.

FloorXCenter or Hand Pads?
For small jobs, steps or furniture, Osmo SuperPads can be used by hand with a hand pad holder. The FloorXCenter is for whole floors, where a machine saves time and effort.

Setup & Use
- Read the instruction booklet. Only trained users should operate the machine.
- Sweep or vacuum the floor first.
- Fill the tank with your cleaner and close the lid.
- Fit the pad. White is for everyday cleaning and applying oil stain. The Micro-Pad is for intensive cleaning of dirt and moisture.
- Work in sections of about 10 m² (108 sq ft) so loosened dirt doesn't dry on the floor.
- Keep the cable behind you. Never run the machine over it.
- Store it properly. Don't leave it standing on the pads. Close the lid if you lay it on the floor.

1What can the FloorXCenter do?
Clean, refresh, colour and maintain oiled wood floors, and apply compatible Osmo finishes. The pad you fit sets the job.
2Which pad should I use?
White pad: everyday cleaning and applying oil stain. Micro-Pad: intensive cleaning. Osmo also sells red (heavy cleaning, sanding between coats), green (clear oil application) and a brush ring (stubborn stains).
3What cleaner goes in the tank?
Osmo lists Wash and Care and Liquid Wax Cleaner as compatible. Follow the dilution on each product label.
4Can I use it on tile or vinyl?
Osmo describes it for oiled wood floors. We can't confirm other floor types from Osmo's information, so contact us first.
5Can I apply Polyx-Oil with it?
Osmo lists it for applying compatible finishes, including oil stain with the white pad. For clear oil, Osmo's accessory is the green pad. Check the product sheet of your finish.
6Is it for home or commercial use?
Osmo lists both domestic and commercial use, indoors only.
7What is the warranty?

8How do I look after the pads?
Don't leave the machine standing on the pads after use, as its weight can damage them. Follow the instruction booklet for cleaning and replacement.
