Unleash the Power: Circa 1850 Plastic Resin Glue for Superior Wood Bonding!
Circa 1850 Plastic Resin Glue is a powdered, pre-catalyzed adhesive that, when mixed with water and applied to wood surfaces, creates a high-strength, water-resistant bond stronger than the wood itself. It offers resistance to fungi, bacteria, oil, and most solvents. This glue is perfect for tasks such as veneering, laminating, edge gluing, and constructing chopping blocks, cutting boards, and countertops.
Key Features
- Pre-catalyzed Powder
- High Strength
- Water Resistant
- Max Coverage: 3.7m²/454g (40ft²/454g)
- Clean Up: Soap and Water
Directions for Use
Gradually dissolve two parts of the powder in one part of COLD water, mixing thoroughly until it reaches a syrupy consistency. Once combined, the mixture begins to cure immediately. At 20℃, it remains usable for 4 hours; at 25℃, for 2 hours; and at 30℃, for 1 hour. Apply a thin coat to both surfaces and exert moderate pressure. For rough wood and plywood, higher pressure is required. For optimal results, ensure enough pressure is applied for excess glue to squeeze out from the edges. Maintain pressure for 5 hours at 30℃ and up to 12 hours at 20℃.
