Ideal for concrete, masonry, stucco, cinder block, and brick, it’s perfect for garages, basements, workshops, driveways, patios, and walkways.

This self-priming, water-based formula offers excellent resistance to chemicals, oil, water, and hot tire pickup, ensuring a clean, professional-looking surface that lasts. With quick drying and fast return-to-service performance, it’s ready for light foot traffic in 8 hours and vehicle traffic in 3–5 days.
