The Osmo Microfibre Roller is a seamless, solvent-resistant microfibre roller sleeve for applying Osmo oil finishes to wood floors. Osmo designed it for clear Polyx-Oil, and it also suits Osmo Oil Stain. It takes up a lot of finish and releases it in a thin, even layer.

Setup & Use
- Fit the roller onto the 250 mm Osmo Roller Frame. Add a telescopic handle for floors.
- Load it lightly. Dip it, then roll it out on the tray grid to remove excess.
- Roll thinly and evenly along the grain.
- Smooth out any excess or roller marks right away.
- Between coats, wrap the roller in plastic wrap to keep it from drying.
- Clean up with Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner, not water.

1Which finishes is it for?
Osmo designed it for clear Polyx-Oil, and it is also used with Osmo Oil Stain.
2Does it come with a handle or frame?
No. It is the roller sleeve only. You need the Osmo Roller Frame in the 10 in size.
3How much floor does one loading cover?
Osmo gives about 4-5 m² (45-55 sq ft) per light loading. Roll thinly. Polyx-Oil goes a long way.
4Can I clean and reuse it?
It is solvent-resistant, so it can be cleaned with Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner. Osmo doesn't publish a reuse count. Wrap it in plastic wrap between coats instead of cleaning.
5What does "without Fresh-Box" mean?
Osmo also sells this roller in a Fresh-Box storage container. This listing is the roller only.
6Can I use it on a very small project?
It can, but the 100 mm Mini roller is easier on edges, furniture and tight spots.
7What is the best temperature to roll finish?
Follow your finish's data sheet. For Polyx-Oil, heat the room in winter and ventilate. See Osmo Polyx-Oil.
