What happens after I order a Palette Pyramid?

You'll get a welcome email with clear instructions. Reply with photos of your space, inspiration images, your preferred paint brand and anything else James should know. Once he has everything, he starts on your palette.

How long does it take?

Your palette arrives within 3–5 business days of James receiving your photos and details. Need it sooner? Add Express Delivery for $49 and it arrives within 1–2 business days.

Where do I send my photos and details?

Reply directly to your welcome email. Include photos, colour preferences and inspiration. The more you share, the better your palette will fit your home.

What photos should I send?

Photos of the rooms or areas you plan to paint, plus anything staying in the space, like flooring, counters or large furniture. Add images of spaces you love so James can see the style you're going for.

Which paint brands can you use?

Tell James the brand you plan to paint with, such as Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams, and your palette will use that brand's colours and codes.

Should I choose the Pocket or the Classic pyramid?

Choose the Pocket Pyramid (4 colours) for a single room or one zone: you get a main colour, a support colour for trim or ceiling, a deeper neutral and an accent. Choose the Classic Palette Pyramid (7 colours) to carry one colour story through the whole house: a main colour, 3 support and 3 finishing colours.

My home is big. What if I need more than 7 colours?

Order a second pyramid for the next part of your home. If you add it within a month of reviewing your first, you'll get a discount on the second one.

Do you create palettes for exteriors?

Palette Pyramids are for interiors only. Exterior colour is planned live with a designer: a complete exterior plan is included in the Focused Project Virtual Colour Consultation.

What's the difference between a Palette Pyramid and a Virtual Colour Consultation?

A Virtual Colour Consultation is an in-depth, back-and-forth conversation with a designer about your needs. The Palette Pyramid is simpler: you send your information once, James builds your palette, and you decide where each colour goes.

Can I request revisions?

Revisions aren't included. The process is designed to get your palette right the first time, so share as much detail as you can up front.
