What happens after I book?

A member of our design team reaches out after your payment goes through. They'll schedule your video call and ask for photos of your space, so your designer arrives prepared.

Which package should I choose?

Choose Focused Project for 1–2 rooms, kitchen cabinets and trim, or a complete exterior. For a whole home, choose by size: Compact Home up to 2,000 sq ft, Whole House up to 4,000 sq ft, and Whole House Plus from 4,000 to 7,000 sq ft.

Can you help with my exterior?

Yes. A complete exterior plan is included in the Focused Project package, covering your siding, trim and front door.

What is a PDF revision?

After your call you receive a PDF colour plan. A revision is a round of changes to that plan. Focused Project and Compact Home include up to 2 revisions; Whole House and Whole House Plus include up to 4.

What is Express Priority Booking?

For $99 more, your first video call is booked within 48–72 hours. Tick the Express box next to Add to cart and it goes into your cart as its own line.

Which paint brands can you use?

Tell your designer the brand you plan to paint with, such as Benjamin Moore or Sherwin-Williams, and your plan will use that brand's colours and codes.

My home is bigger than 7,000 sq ft. What should I do?

Get in touch and we'll put together a plan that fits your home.

What's the difference between a consultation and a Palette Pyramid?

A consultation is live, back-and-forth time with a designer who helps you decide where each colour goes. The Palette Pyramid is simpler: you send your information once, James builds an interior palette, and you decide where each colour goes.
