What's the difference between the two services?

The Custom Palette Pyramid is hands-off: you share your details and inspiration, and James creates a custom colour scheme for you. A Virtual Colour Consultation is hands-on: you meet a designer by video to talk through your space, style and options before receiving your palette.

What happens after I pay?

You'll get a welcome email right away with your next step. For the Palette Pyramid, reply to it with details about your space and your inspiration. For a consultation, use the calendar link in the email to book your video session.

How long does a Palette Pyramid take?

You'll receive your custom palette within 3–5 business days of sending us your details and inspiration. Add Express Delivery for $49 to get it within 1–2 business days.

Can I book from outside Canada?

Yes. Both services are fully virtual, and we work with clients around the world. For consultations, you choose a session time from the calendar link in your welcome email, so you can pick one that suits your time zone.

Which consultation package do I need?

Focused Project ($299) covers 1–2 rooms, kitchen cabinets and trim, or a complete exterior plan, with 1 video call and up to 2 PDF revisions. Compact Home ($449) covers homes up to 2,000 sq ft, with 1 video call and up to 2 PDF revisions. Whole House ($749) covers homes up to 4,000 sq ft, with 2 video calls and up to 4 PDF revisions. Whole House Plus ($1,099) covers 4,000–7,000 sq ft, with 2 video calls, up to 4 PDF revisions and priority email.

Can I get a consultation sooner?

Yes. Add Express Priority Booking to any consultation package for $99 and we'll book your video session within 48–72 hours.

Which Palette Pyramid size is right for me?

The Pocket Pyramid (4 colours, $99) suits a single room or one zone. The Classic Palette Pyramid (7 colours, $179) carries one colour story through the whole house. For a larger home, add a second pyramid for the next part of the house.

Can you help with exterior colours?

Yes. A Focused Project consultation ($299) includes a complete exterior plan. Palette Pyramids are for interiors only.

How do I test my colours before painting?

Try your favourites on the wall with Benjamin Moore colour samples, or browse a fan deck or colour book to see each colour in your own light.
