Application Instructions:

  1. Begin by removing any efflorescence (white salt deposits) or other contaminants using Seal King’s specialized cleaners.
  2. Ensure the surface to be sealed is completely clean and dry. Allow at least 24 hours without dampness for optimal results.
  3. Protect nearby areas, such as windows, doors, and wood surfaces, from potential spills or splashes.
  4. Apply the sealer using a brush, roller, or sprayer, depending on your preference.
  5. Generously saturate the surface with the sealer until fully soaked. A single coat is sufficient for effective protection.

Technical Data:

Coverage: Approximately 200 sq. ft. per gallon. (Coverage may vary due to porosity of surface.
Clean Up: Clean tools with water
Installation Temperature: Do not apply in temperatures below 7˚C (45˚F)
V.O.C. Compliant: Product meets V.O.C. contents in accordance to E.P.A. 40
CFR pt 59 table 1 subpart D for Concrete Curing & Sealing Compounds with maximum V.O.C. content of 100 G/L.
