Handheld Sprayer Accessories FAQ
1How do I know which accessory fits my handheld sprayer?
Check your sprayer model first: Ultra, UltraMAX, QuickShot or QuickShot II. Many product titles name the model they are sold for. Parts are not always interchangeable between models, so contact us with your model if you are unsure.
2Which spray tip should I use?
Check the paint label first. In a Graco tip number, the first digit doubled is the fan width in inches and the last two digits are the opening in thousandths of an inch. Fine finish tips such as the RAC X FFLP suit doors, trim and cabinets. Check the largest tip your sprayer accepts.
3What is a tip guard and do I need one?
A tip guard sits around the tip to keep fingers away from the spray. Replace it if it is cracked or missing. The UltraMAX guard is sold for that model; check the title for the others.
4What is the FlexLiner system?
It is a liner and cup setup that holds paint in a disposable bag, so you clean less between colours. Use the solvent-resistant cup and collar if you spray solvent-based coatings, and check that the part suits your sprayer.
5How often should I replace filters?
Replace a filter when it is clogged or worn, or when the spray starts spitting. See the Ultra Handheld Tip Filter and QuickShot Mesh Filters.
6Can I use my own cordless battery?
Graco's cordless handhelds use DEWALT 20V MAX batteries. We stock a compact battery and charger. Check your sprayer manual for the batteries it supports.
7Can you help me find a part number?
Yes. Contact us with your sprayer model and, if you have it, the part number. We'll help you find the right accessory.
