The Graco Ultra Cordless is a handheld airless sprayer powered by DEWALT 20V MAX batteries. It sprays from a 32 oz FlexLiner bag at up to 2,000 psi, and Graco rates it for up to 1 gallon per charge. It's built for small jobs.

What It's For
Doors, trim, cabinets, furniture, fences, touch-ups and single rooms with water-based paint or oil-based material with a flash point above 100 °F. Not for flammable materials such as lacquer thinner, xylene or toluene products, or anything with a flash point below 100 °F. Don't use chlorine bleach. Spray at 4 to 32 °C.

Ultra or UltraMAX?
Both share the same pump, battery and 2,000 psi. The UltraMAX 17M367 also sprays flammable materials, and adds a 210 tip, 6 liners, a 100 mesh filter and a case. Choose the Ultra for water-based paint, and the UltraMAX for solvent-based products.

Setup & Use
- Charge a battery (about 35 minutes) and clip it into the sprayer.
- Fit the tip and guard. Install the 514 tip and RAC X Tip Guard.
- Insert a FlexLiner in the cup support and tighten the lid for an airtight seal.
- Fill the cup through the strainer with the QuickFill funnel.
- Prime. Squeeze the liner at the VacuValve, hold the trigger 10 seconds, then turn the Prime Knob to SPRAY.
- Test on cardboard, adjust the pressure dial, then spray with steady, overlapping passes.
- Relieve pressure by turning the Prime Knob back to PRIME before cleaning or stopping.
- Clean up: flush with water (water-based) or mineral spirits (oil-based), clean the tip and filter, and add Pump Armor for storage.
FAQ
1Graco Ultra vs UltraMAX: what's the difference?
Pressure, pump and battery are the same. The UltraMAX (17M367) can spray flammable materials and hot solvents, and includes 514 and 210 tips, 6 liners, 60 and 100 mesh filters and a case. The Ultra includes one tip, 4 liners and a 60 mesh filter.
2Does it spray latex paint without thinning?
Graco says SmartControl sprays with no thinning required. Follow the paint label.
3How much does one battery spray?
Graco says up to 1 gallon per charge. With two batteries, you can spray while the other charges. Actual output depends on the tip, pressure and material.
4Which tips fit, and which is included?
It includes a RAC X FF LP 514 SwitchTip. It accepts tips from 0.008 to 0.016 in.
5Can I use other DEWALT batteries?
The manual lists DEWALT DCB183 and DCB203 batteries. The two supplied are 20V MAX 2.0 Ah.
6How do I clean it?
Relieve pressure, remove the cup and clean the parts in warm water. Run water through the pump and spray it out, then clean the tip and filter with a toothbrush. Use mineral spirits after oil-based material. Store with Pump Armor, and never store it full of water.
7Is it good for cabinets and doors, or whole rooms?
It suits doors, cabinets, furniture, trim and single rooms. A 32 oz liner needs frequent refills on big walls, so use a plug-in airless sprayer for a whole house.
8What warranty does it have?
Graco covers the sprayer for 12 months from the date of sale against defects in materials and workmanship. Contact us with questions.

30-Day Replacement Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied, you can return your sprayer to us or any authorized service center within 30 days of purchase and either exchange the product for an identical sprayer or trade up to a larger Graco sprayer for an extra cost. The service center simply orders the replacement sprayer from Graco and completes a warranty claim for credit for the original sprayer.
- Claim date must be no more than 60 days beyond the purchase date for return authorization.
- Sprayers must be received back at Graco within 30 days from the claim date.
- Graco will pay the return freight if an approved carrier is used, however, the service center is responsible for packaging the return to prevent damage in transit.
- Magnum®, 210 Electric Sprayers are not eligible for the 30-day replacement guarantee.
