How do I reach a specific store?
Call (905) 277-9767 and choose option 1 for Cooksville, option 2 for Meadowvale or option 3 for Rockwood Village. Cooksville is temporarily closed after a fire.
How do I return an item?
Email info@thepaintpeople.com with your order number to request a return. Once it's approved, we'll send you a return authorization number. Custom-tinted paints and stains are final sale. See our return policy for the full details.
My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Contact us right away by phone or email. Email photos of the damage and the packaging to info@thepaintpeople.com with your order number, and we'll make it right.
Can I pick up my web order in store?
Yes. In-store pick-up is free on all orders at our Rockwood Village store, 1292 Eglinton Ave. E. Most pick-up orders are ready within 4 hours, and you'll get a notification when yours is ready.
What should I send for a sprayer problem?
Tell us the brand and type of sprayer, the model and serial number, and what's happening. Photos or a short video help, so email them to info@thepaintpeople.com. Repairs are handled by our spray department at Rockwood Village.
