The Graco 390 PC is a 120 V electric airless sprayer on a stand frame. It sprays up to 0.47 gallon per minute at up to 3,300 psi through tips up to 0.021 in. Graco rates it for up to 50 gallons per week. It suits repaints, renovations and small contracting jobs.

What It's For
Interior and exterior latex, acrylic, enamel, stain and lacquer on houses, renovations and property maintenance. Graco's manual says not to spray flammable or combustible materials near an open flame or ignition source. Its largest tip is 0.021 in, so it is not meant for heavy coatings that need larger tips.

Setup & Use
- Plug into a grounded 120 V outlet. Use a 12 AWG or heavier extension cord. A generator needs at least 3,000 W.
- Fill the throat seal with TSL. Do this every day you spray.
- Connect the hose and gun, then fit the tip and the tip guard.
- Flush the pump with water (or mineral spirits for oil-based paint) before painting.
- Prime. Place the suction tube in the paint, open the prime valve and turn the pressure up gradually until paint flows.
- Test on cardboard, set the lowest pressure that gives a full fan, then spray in overlapping passes.
- Relieve pressure before any cleaning or maintenance, and whenever you leave the sprayer.
- Clean and store. Flush with water, then run Pump Armor or mineral spirits through to protect the pump from corrosion and freezing.

5What is ProConnect, and how do I replace the pump?
ProConnect is Graco's one-part pump replacement system. You remove the pump and install a new one at the job site instead of sending the sprayer in. Follow Graco's pump repair manual.
6How do I clean it, and what is Pump Armor?
Relieve pressure, then flush with water for latex. After water, flush with mineral spirits or Pump Armor. Pump Armor leaves a protective coating that prevents corrosion and freezing in storage.
7Can I run it on a generator?
Yes. Graco's manual calls for a generator of at least 3,000 W. Use a 12 AWG or heavier extension cord.
8What warranty does it have?

If you are dissatisfied, you can return your sprayer to us or any authorized service center within 30 days of purchase and either exchange the product for an identical sprayer or trade up to a larger Graco sprayer for an extra cost. The service center simply orders the replacement sprayer from Graco and completes a warranty claim for credit for the original sprayer.
- Claim date must be no more than 60 days beyond the purchase date for return authorization.
- Sprayers must be received back at Graco within 30 days from the claim date.
- Graco will pay the return freight if an approved carrier is used, however, the service center is responsible for packaging the return to prevent damage in transit.
