Cleanup and storage: Thoroughly rinse all equipment with water. Store any Penofin Pro-Tech Brightener in its original container in a dry place. Do not transfer to a metal container as it will cause a reaction. For disposal of unused product and empty containers, contact your local household refuse collection service
Surface Preparation
Sweep the surface with a stiff broom or brush or use a power blower. Use Penofin Pro-Tech Stripper (Step #1) if needed to remove old stain and Penofin Pro-Tech Cleaner (Step #2) to prepare the area. Penofin Pro-Tech Brightener is most effective at temperatures where wood is not hot to the touch. Protect bordering metal surfaces. Dampen surrounding vegetation with water.
Application
Depending on desired strength, add 1-2 cups of Penofin Pro-Tech Brightener into one gallon of clean water and mix. Wet the surface with a garden hose and sprayer. Using a plastic pump up garden sprayer, apply the solution liberally. Wait 20-25 minutes and let it do the work for you. DO NOT ALLOW THE SOLUTION TO DRY ON THE SURFACE. Rinse thoroughly with water.
