This product worked like a charm in terms of removing the polyurethane, built up paint, and caulk from decades old oak baseboard. What worked in my case was to apply an initial coat of the stripper and remove the bulk of the gunk with their branded 1850 maple scraper. Then a second coat of stripper was applied and whisked away with extra fine steel wool. I’ve included pre-work and post-work photos with this review.
