This is a refurbished Fuji Mini-Mite 4 PLATINUM, a compact 4-stage turbine HVLP system. Fuji built the Mini-Mite 4 for woodworkers and cabinet makers who want a portable sprayer with good finishing control. Choose a T70, T75G or G-XPC non-bleed gun at checkout.

Who It's For / What to Spray
Fuji says the Mini-Mite 4 sprays high and low viscosity materials, waterborne and solvent-based. It suits cabinets, doors, furniture, trim and millwork.
Not ideal for large exterior walls or whole-house repaints. An airless sprayer covers big surfaces much faster.

Mini-Mite 4 or Mini-Mite 5?
The refurbished Mini-Mite 5 PLATINUM is a 5-stage turbine at about 9.5 psi. The Mini-Mite 4 is 4-stage at 9 psi. You can also buy the Mini-Mite 4 PLATINUM new.

Setup & Use
- Set up the turbine on a flat, clean surface away from overspray, with the filters in place.
- Connect the hose to the turbine with the quick-connect and attach it to the gun.
- Strain the coating, fill the cup and check its viscosity with a #4 Ford cup. Thin only as the coating maker directs.
- Test on cardboard. Adjust the fan pattern, the fluid flow and the air control valve until the spray is even.
- Spray with the gun square to the surface, overlapping each pass by about half.
- Clean right away. Empty the cup, run the correct cleaner through the gun, and brush the air cap and nozzle clean.
- Check the turbine filters often and replace them when dirty.

Yes. Fuji built it for woodworkers and cabinet makers. Test your coating on scrap first.
7What filter does it use?
It uses #7224-2 filters, sold separately.
8Can I get a different air cap size?
Yes. Fuji's T-Model guns take air caps from 0.8 to 2.5 mm. We stock the 5100 series air cap sets.
