1How do I know which accessory fits my HVLP sprayer?

Match the part to your gun or turbine model. Many titles name the model or series, such as Fuji T-Series, Fuji M-Series or Graco Edge II. Brands are not interchangeable unless the manufacturer says so. If you are unsure, contact us with your model.

2What are cup liners and are they worth it?

A liner sits inside the cup so paint never touches it. You throw the liner away instead of washing the cup, which speeds up colour changes. See HVLP Cups & Liners for Fuji, Graco and Titan options.

3When should I replace turbine filters?

Replace them when they look dirty or clogged. Check your manual for the exact filter and interval, then pick the one for your model in Filters & Strainers.

4Do I need to strain my paint?

Yes, strain paint before it goes in the cup. Lumps and dried bits block the tip and cause spitting. Cone strainers are a low-cost way to do it.

5What is the difference between a needle kit and an air cap?

The needle and nozzle control how much paint leaves the gun. The air cap shapes the spray pattern and atomizes the paint. Match both to your coating and your gun series, and check the manufacturer's guide for the right size.

6How do I clean and look after my HVLP gun?

Flush the gun right after use, then clean the cup, air cap and fluid passages with the correct cleaner for your coating. A cleaning kit has the small brushes you need. Do not leave paint to dry in the gun.
