- Prime where needed. Drywall and most wood need no primer. Use Fresh Start High-Hiding All Purpose Primer on cured plaster, a stain-blocking primer on bleeding woods and a metal primer on bare metal. Let new plaster or masonry cure 30 days.
- Stir well and box (intermix) cans for large areas.
- Cut in, then roll, keeping a wet edge. The long open time helps you blend.
- Second coat after 2 hours.

How much do I need?
Enter your room size. We'll work out the cans, using 400 sq ft per 3.79 L, the low end of Benjamin Moore's coverage so you don't run short. Big job? We'll switch to 18.9 L pails when they work out cheaper.
Two coats is best for a colour change. Dark or deep colours may need a third. Doors count as 20 sq ft and windows as 15 sq ft.
